Korean instant noodle (k-noodle)-spicy noodle
1. The noodles, made with buckwheat, are smooth and chewy. 2. It is spicy & sour, just like traditional buckwheat noodles. |
1. Boil 550cc(2¾ large cups) of water and add noodles. Cook for 3 minutes and 30 seconds more. 2. Wash them with cold water for 3-4 times and drain the excess water. Add liquid paste and mix well. |
